Meet Our Instructor

Upali has been teaching yoga for over 3 years and has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for many. She did her Yoga Teachers training from the prestigious Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in India. She is an engineer and MBA by qualification, but health and wellness is the area which she has been focusing in after leaving her well established corporate career. 
Teaching yoga is close to her heart as she strongly believes Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health. Yoga not only improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity it also offer psychological benefits. She has been offering online and in-personal group classes in Singapore since 2020.
